Most of us were never taught how to feel.
In a world that pushes us to numb, fix, or bypass our emotions, The Feeling Room is your sacred space to breathe, feel, and come home to your truth.
Through guided breathwork, emotional inquiry, and somatic presence, we’ll gather weekly to release stuck energy and build the capacity to safely feel, all from the comfort of your home.
What to Expect Each Session

When: Wednesdays at 7 PM CST
Where: Zoom (link sent after booking)
Exchange: $33 / Sliding Scale ($22–$44)
Duration: ~60 minutes
Bring: A quiet space, water, journal, and headphones
Replay: Live only, to preserve sacredness

The suggested rate is $33, but you are welcome to pay $22, $33, or $44—based on what feels aligned and supportive for you at this time.
Everyone is equally held in this space, no matter the amount.
For most of my life, I didn’t know how to express what I was feeling. I was afraid that if I spoke my truth, love would be taken away.
It wasn’t until I learned to be with my emotions, without fixing them, without running from them, that I started to come home to myself.
The Feeling Room is the space I never had. A room to breathe. To feel. To be witnessed in love.

Give yourself at least 30 minutes before the session to set up a cozy, intentional space. This is your time to begin slowing down and arriving in your body.
You might want to:
– Light a candle or incense
– Use essential oils or calming music
– Set up your mat, blanket, pillows, and eye pillow
– Keep water nearby and a journal if you’d like to write afterward
Try to be in a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed.
You are safe to feel.
