This weekly breathwork class helps you release stress, calm your nervous system, and feel like yourself again.
Every week, we meet online for a simple, guided breathwork practice designed to help you:
quiet your mind
release tension in your body
let go of emotional overwhelm
stop spiraling or overthinking
feel grounded and calm
reconnect with your heart and inner guidance
No experience is needed, you just show up as you are.
What each session includes:
A grounding check-in (2–3 minutes)
A 25–30 minute guided breathwork session
A 10-minute integration + calming practice
Optional sharing + connection at the end
This is a space to breathe, feel safe, and come home to yourself, especially if life feels heavy or your nervous system feels overwhelmed.

Session Details
When: Thursdays at 7 PM CST
Where: Zoom (link sent after booking)
Exchange: $22 per session or $55/month membership
Duration: 60 minutes

For most of my life, I didn’t know how to feel my emotions.
I shut down, disconnected, or numbed because I didn’t feel safe being honest about what I felt.
I thought that if I spoke my truth, love would be taken away.
So I stayed quiet. I pushed everything down. I lived in survival mode.
Eventually, I realized the thing I feared the most (feeling) was actually the doorway back to myself.
It wasn’t until I learned how to be with my emotions, without fixing them or running from them, that I finally started to feel grounded, connected, and alive again.
I created this weekly breathwork space because I know what it’s like to need a room where you can breathe, feel, and be held without judgment.

This class is for anyone who feels stressed, overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected from their body, or emotionally stuck.
If your mind is always racing, you’re holding a lot inside, or you’ve been numbing to cope, this space will support you.
No experience is needed. You just show up as you are.

No. This class is beginner-friendly and fully guided.
You don’t need to know any techniques, I’ll walk you through the entire practice step by step.
All you need is a quiet space, headphones if possible, and an open mind.

Breathwork gently helps the body release stored stress and emotions, so feeling more is actually a sign that your system is opening and healing.
You’re welcome to turn your camera off at any time.
You will be held with safety, compassion, and zero judgment.

Wear something comfortable, drink a little water, and find a quiet space where you won’t be interrupted.
Headphones are helpful but optional.
Try to avoid eating a big meal right before.
Most importantly, come as you are, tired, emotional, anxious, or calm. Everything is welcome.
