To help you get the most out of our time together:

  • Find a quiet and comfortable space

  • Have water nearby

  • Wear clothing you can move or breathe comfortably in

  • Allow yourself a few minutes before the session to settle

What to Expect

Somatic Coaching is a gentle exploration of your internal experience. Sessions may include:

  • conversation

  • body awareness

  • breath

  • emotional procession

  • nervous system regulation

You are always in control of the pace.
