Each batch is traceable to a single origin and crafted from carefully selected cacao grown in organic food forests using sustainable farming practices.
By working directly with farming communities and paying fair wages, every purchase helps support a more ethical and transparent cacao ecosystem while honoring the people who cultivate this sacred plant.

Why I Share Cacao
I first experienced ceremonial cacao in 2018 and was immediately drawn to the sense of connection it created. Years later, during the isolation of 2020, I found myself participating in monthly cacao ceremonies where people gathered to share openly, listen deeply, and be witnessed in their humanity.
What I experienced wasn’t just a cup of cacao—it was community.
It was a space where people could slow down, open their hearts, and remember that they weren’t alone.
That experience inspired me to travel to Guatemala in 2023 to study with Cacao Source and learn directly from the land, the farmers, and the traditions surrounding this sacred plant.
As I walked through Mayan cacao forests, I learned that cacao thrives in relationship. She grows beneath the canopy of other trees, supported by a diverse ecosystem. She reminds us that we, too, are not meant to do life alone.
Today, cacao remains one of my favorite ways to slow down, reconnect with myself, gather in community, and create space for meaningful conversation and reflection.
