Instead, we learned to stay busy, distract ourselves, overthink, numb, fix, or push emotions away.
The Feeling Room is a guided breathwork experience designed to help you slow down, come back into your body, and create space for whatever is present.
This practice is not about changing your emotions. It’s about learning how to be with them.
In this 25-minute experience, you’ll be guided through a simple two-part breathwork practice to help you:
• Connect with your body
• Regulate your nervous system
• Increase emotional awareness
• Create more space for self-compassion and clarity
Find a quiet place where you won’t be interrupted, put on headphones if available, and allow yourself permission to simply feel.
